Measure the circumference of the middle chest and if comes between 75-85 cms choose S size, 85-95 cms M, 95-105 cms L, 105-110 XL, 115-125 cms 2XL, 125-135 cms 3XL.
Hand wash with mild detergent and dry on flat surface.
Direction of use
Position the brace on back.
Fasten anterior strap
Pass the shoulder strap from front to back, make across and adhere the straps in front with Velcro.
