\nColoplast 13181 Alterna long wear (40mm) 2-piece is a mechanical coupling with extra reassurance and is available with standard wear and extended wear plate, flat or with convexity. It combines with drainable, closed or urostomy pouches, as well as a range of special solutions such as a night bag, minicap, and much more. The wide assortment consists of a range of base plates with pre-cut or customizable openings, with pouches in various sizes available in transparent or opaque colors. Alterna's spiral adhesive is a combination of materials designed for security and protection in a spiral structure for security and skin friendliness. \n \n  \n

Coloplast 13181 long wear base plate adhesive provides extra protection against aggressive output. It is suitable for people with an ileostomy or urostomy that has more aggressive output which breaks down standard adhesives too quickly.
