\nHow to use:

\n - Insert the gray end of the CONTOUR test strip into the meter.
\n - Gently touch the test strip to the blood drop and hold until the meter beeps.
\n - Remove the test strip and hold until the meter beeps. The meter can be turned off simply by removing the test strip.
