Description

Alterna Drainage bag is specifically designed for use in suitable two-piece systems. The Alterna system is highly reliable.

The efficiency of the colostomy bag is high because the container itself is made of modern multi-layered opaque polyethylene.

The soft support made of a unique non-woven material avoids discomfort when the bag touches the body and prevents irritation.

The waterproof properties of the container allow the patient to perform water procedures without detaching the bag.

The fabric used in production can be completely dried with a regular towel. In this case, damage to the container is excluded.

The Alterna system uses a special self-adhesive clip attached to the drainage end of the container. The edge of the bag is wrapped around the clip, then it is bent. Thus, quick emptying of the bag and reliable storage of intestinal contents are achieved.

In addition to the self-adhesive clip, there is an alternative reusable clip.

The bags have an optimal anatomical shape to conceal the colostomy bag under clothing. The fabric is excellent at absorbing sounds.
