\nHot: \n \nPlace the gel pack in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds (if the gel pack is frozen at room temperature) or 1 minute (if the gel pack is frozen at high power) after this time. Make sure it reaches the correct temperature. If not, further exposure in 10-second bursts. \n \nTimes are based on a 600-watt microwave; adjust heating times according to your microwave's power. \n \nHot water: Bring water to a boil. Remove it from the heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. \n \nAfter 4 minutes, check every minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached, ideal for use – temporary relief of muscle pain, back pain, sinusitis, and menstrual cramps. \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \n \n  \n
