How to Use the Cupping Massage Cup:

Apply a nourishing cream or oil to your skin.
Squeeze the middle of the massage cup.
Press the cup’s opening onto your skin, then release it to gently pull the skin inside the cup.
Using both hands, smoothly move the cup in straight lines, circles, and zigzag motions.
A massage duration of 5 to 10 minutes is recommended.

How to Use the Face Massage Cup:

Apply a nourishing cream or oil on your face.
Massage the face and neck, starting from the chin and moving the cup backward along the jawline toward the ear.
Continue with movements from the ear along the sinuses toward the nose.
Then, massage the forehead with upward strokes starting between the eyebrows, followed by outward movements toward and along the hairline, before moving down to the neck and clavicle bone.
Afterward, gently tighten the skin.
Use the product 2 to 3 times weekly for best results.
